Application for the

Jess M. Webb Memorial Scholarship Award of $1,000 will be Granted by I.U.O.E. 545, apply with the coupon on this page. Children of members who plan to continue their

education after graduating High School in 2010 are eligible, and each applicant will be sent complete instructions. The winner of the award may go to any accredited college. Payment will be made in two parts, sent directly to the college. The scholarship Committee would like to see a large number of applicants to choose from, so get busy and send in your coupon.
